What is Restoration Movement Inc?
RMI is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) with a mission to improve health and wellness through education, community and movement.Our vision is to transform lives by teaching and promoting sustainable health habits, providing access to life-changing fitness programs, and encouraging active lifestyles that improve physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

Our Why
Sedentary lifestyle, poor nutrition and poor sleep define our culture. The resulting explosion of chronic disease in our population is robbing us of our health.• 18% of US adults over 30 have diabetes.
• 40% are obese.
• More than 75% are on medication for a chronic condition.
• Even in our hyper-connected world, 1 in 3 American adults report feelings of isolation and loneliness.
• Nearly 1 in 4 struggle with depression and anxiety.Physical activity, healthy eating and community are important, scientifically-proven interventions for these conditions.

About Us
Derek Morgan is a Certified Personal Trainer & Health Coach with 40 yrs experience in fitness;
MS Exercise Science, Nutrition & Wellness; CTG Nutrition;
Krav Maga black belt; former USA amateur boxer.
He's also a Type 1 Diabetic living with a normal A1c.
